- Identify the types of incidents that are reportable to ADMH
- Identify if the incident location is a factor in reporting or not reporting
- Define Critical Incident and state the reporting time frame
- Define Incident and state the reporting time frame
- State the special requirements in reporting Abuse/Neglect allegations and Non-consensual Sexual Contact allegations to include:
- Time frame for reporting
- Investigation requirements
- Time frame for completion of investigation
- Components of a thorough and credible investigation
- State why it is important for agencies to review their own incident data
- Be familiar with definitions in the Incident Management Plan
