Instructor: James J. Thompson, MHA, NHA
Mr. Thompson is currently serving as Director of Facilities with Sodexo Management Services and has a BS in Civil Engineering, an MS in Management, and a Master's in Healthcare Administration. He is a licensed nursing home administrator and has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years. He has been published in various professional publications and taught courses in Facilities Management at Duke University. Before his healthcare experience, he retired as a commissioned officer from the U.S. Navy.
