Distal Radius Fractures: Clinical Presentation and Treatment

This module provides physical and occupational therapy professionals with an overview of the causes, clinical presentation, and evidence-based treatment of distal radius fractures (DRFs). Conservative and operative treatment options, expected phases of healing, potential complications, and key areas of the therapy assessment and treatment are discussed. A case study is used to guide learners through the stages of rehabilitation.

The goal of this course is to provide physical and occupational therapy professionals with an understanding of DRFs and evidence-based treatment options.
