Evaluation and Treatment of Contraversive Pushing for PTs and OTs

In this course, physical and occupational therapy providers will learn how to effectively treat patients with contraversive pushing (Pusher syndrome). After reviewing the neuropathophysiology of contraversive pushing, you will learn to recognize the clinical characteristics and evidence-based evaluation and treatment techniques. Clinical examples demonstrate best practices for goal writing and exercise prescription. This course teaches physical and occupational therapy professionals the clinical characteristics, evaluation measures, and treatment strategies for contraversive pushing.
