Amanda Gayle received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Tennessee. She completed a pre-doctoral internship at the University of Georgia in the Counseling and Testing Center. She also completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Duke University Medical Center in the Occupational Health Department working in both the internal and external employee assistance programs. She is licensed in North Carolina where she was in private practice for 15 years serving primarily adults in individual and couples counseling with many presenting issues. Her focus was on cognitive behavioral therapy to treat anxiety, mood disorders, grief, relationship difficulties, stress management, self-esteem, and parenting. She joined Relias as a subject matter expert writer for behavioral health in 2021.

Bianca Saddy Holcomb has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over eleven years with a focus on Healthcare Administration and Quality Improvement. Bianca works in Jefferson Parish and is responsible for operations as the Assistant Director of a Federally Qualified Health Center. She previously worked with the 24th Judicial District Specialty Courts (Re-entry Court and DWI Court). She is the founder of GNO Wellness and a member of the Latin American Civic Association of Louisiana. She has also served on the City of Kenner Planning and Zoning Board. Born and raised in the Greater New Orleans area, she currently resides in New Orleans, Louisiana. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of New Orleans and a Master’s in Social Work with a Certificate in Disasters and Mental Health from Tulane University. Bianca is a community leader and advocate for underserved and underrepresented minorities and populations. A quote that Bianca lives by is “The right choice is usually the hardest choice.”
