Margaret A. Enloe-Walton, RRT, is a registered respiratory therapist with many years of experience in varied respiratory therapy practice settings, including deep sedation respiratory recovery with cardiopulmonary disease and obesity, clinical and research sleep medicine, Level One Trauma ICU, and skilled nursing facilities. She has served as adjunct faculty at Rose State College and taught advanced respiratory therapy clinicals at Francis Tuttle. She is a Basic Life Support Instructor for the American Heart Association. She worked for 20 years with RehabSource, LLC, serving 32 skilled nursing facilities in Oklahoma where she taught respiratory therapy competency and Basic Life Support to licensed nurses. She performed evaluation and treatment of medically complex residents, including residents with tracheostomies and noninvasive ventilation. She graduated in respiratory therapy in 1995 from Francis Tuttle in Oklahoma City. She also holds degrees in management from Oklahoma State University and gerontology from Southern Nazarene University. She also was awarded the honor of Who's Who of American Colleges and Universities for academic merit.

Susan Almon-Matangos, MS, CCC-SLP, is a certified and licensed speech-language pathologist with over 40 years of experience. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Jacksonville State University and her Master of Science degree in speech-language pathology from The University of Alabama. She has provided care to clients across the lifespan with diverse diagnostic conditions in settings including school, hospital, skilled nursing facility, outpatient clinic, and home health settings. In her previous role as a national clinical director for a contract therapy company, she developed training programs for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology focusing on clinical rehabilitation needs of older adults in post-acute care. Currently, she serves as the Lead Subject Matter Expert Writer for Speech-Language Pathology at Relias, where she leverages her clinical expertise and analysis of published research. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Pennsylvania Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
